'T Spoor is a multidisciplinary group practice where everyone from Old-Borgerhout can turn to for problems their health. Over the years, three single-family homes were joined together to house the program and receive visitors. This created a labyrinthine situation that did not benefit the functioning of the community health center.
IEA designed the complete renovation with an entrance, waiting room, cabinets and administration. Much of the existing outdated buildings were demolished or replaced. Patios were introduced at various locations, ensuring sufficient light and air throughout the building.
